CREATING SPACE
By removing physical barriers such as walls and partitions, this approach fosters a sense of openness and connectivity within the living area. It encourages seamless movement and interaction between different zones, be it the kitchen, dining area, or living room, resulting in a more fluid and dynamic environment. This configuration not only enhances natural light distribution but also creates a perception of a larger, more spacious area. Whether you're considering a kitchen renovation in Bearsden or Milngavie, or planning a full home renovation in Bearsden or Milngavie, Willis West can help you achieve the perfect open-plan design to suit your lifestyle.

HOME EXTENSIONS & RENOVATIONS
A home extension can take various forms, such as adding new rooms, enlarging existing rooms, or constructing additional floors. It allows for customization and tailoring of the home to suit specific needs, whether it's creating a larger kitchen, adding a home office, or creating extra bedrooms. Extensions in Bearsden and Milngavie require careful planning, including architectural design, obtaining necessary permits, and ensuring structural integrity. At Willis West, we specialise in home extensions in Bearsden and Milngavie, providing expert guidance and quality craftsmanship to bring your vision to life.
LOFT & ATTIC CONVERSIONS
By converting the loft, often considered as unused storage space, into a usable room, homeowners can add an extra bedroom, a home office, a playroom, or a cozy retreat. Loft conversions in Bearsden and Milngavie typically require careful consideration of factors like insulation, ventilation, and structural modifications to ensure safety and comfort. Loft or attic conversions can provide a cost-effective way to create additional living space while making the most of the existing structure of the home. Willis West offers expert loft conversion services in Bearsden and Milngavie, helping you transform underutilised spaces into functional and stylish rooms.

“ Perfect from great design advice to completion of our beautiful kitchen. John was helpful, clear in his communication and doing exactly as he said he would when he said he would. Cleaned up as they worked. Nothing was a problem, they made sure of that, and both he and Chris finished the job on time & to an excellent standard at a great price. Brilliant! Highly recommend! ”
